The Samsung Galaxy is due to be released globally this year, to South Korea, Japan, the United States, and Italy. With some critics saying it is similar to the Ipad with a smaller screen, and believing to be “the most credible rival to Apple´s Ipad”. It has been argued that this is better than Apple´s Ipad due to there being a smaller screen making it easier to carry. The Ipad was criticised for the restriction of viewing web pages due to the lack of Adobe Flash, there making the Samsung better to view web pages. Also the new Samsung has two cameras making it multifuctional compared to the Ipad that only has one camera installed.

Most certainly there are disadvantages to the Samsung, one of these being the price, with the current RRP being over 700 pounds ! Certainly a dent in the bank account if you want one of these, possibly questioning the success of this commodity in the shops !

cons:- Its not as good as using a laptop or PC, although the 7″ screen is good , can be argued that its too small for certain jobs, at times it can be slow, takes a few mins to start up, there is too much compitition from the iPad. A popular arguable point is that the samsung is the same as the Ipad but smaller, therefore why would you want to spend more money on something that is smaller and something that is harder to use due to its size.

Pros:- Its small and compact, its got the latest technology, its got one of the best handheld systems in it (android). It has thousands of apps avaliable to enhance the usage, and wireless technology. Therefore, it can be used to manage your emails, internet banking, and your social networking sites ! Everything someone needs while out and about !
